Infrared Warm Yoga
What is the difference between WARM and HOT classes?
With WARM yoga classes, we only set the temperature to 26-28 degrees. This replicates the feeling of gentle warmth from the sun.
In HOT classes the heating panels and room temperature is set to around 35-40+ degrees. This creates a more challenging environment for people to practice in.
Infrared heat helps enhance blood flow and circulation, oxygenates your lungs, nurtures internal organs and aids in alleviating chronic stiffness and adhesions amongst other benefits!

Our Tips:
A must-try before or after your yoga classes!
For Gentle, Recovery Classes (Yin, Relaxing Stretch, Sound Healing etc.)
Do the infrared sauna BEFORE to loosen muscle stiffness and improve circulation, setting the stage for even better results during your class.
For Stronger, Challenging Classes (Vinyasa, Hatha, Power etc.)
It's ideal to use the infrared sauna AFTER to enhance detoxification. Remember to drink plenty of water to maximize the benefits!

Unlike traditional saunas that use heated air to warm your body, infrared saunas use infrared light. This light penetrates the skin, heating the body directly at a lower ambient temperature. The result is a deep, detoxifying sweat at more comfortable temperatures, typically ranging from 120°F to 150°F (49°C to 65°C), compared to traditional saunas which can reach 180°F to 200°F (82°C to 93°C).
